Riley Feldman is a respected financial leader and founder of Catalyst Financial, recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results for clients. Based in Houston and a graduate of Texas A&M University, Riley has dedicated his career to empowering Texans—especially the often-overlooked middle-class—to achieve dignified and secure retirements. By adapting institutional-level investment strategies for everyday investors, he has built a reputation for accessibility, trust, and tangible impact.
Riley launched his career in 2015 and quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, earning the Advisor Fast Start Award in his first year. His rapid ascent culminated in his promotion to Regional Vice President in 2018 at a major insurance firm, where he led and developed a team of 12 advisors. Under his leadership, his team consistently ranked among the best in the nation, earning the #2 Team in the Country award for the group retirement division and multiple leadership distinctions, including the Manager Leadership Award and Top District in Branch Award in 2021.
Driven by a vision to better serve clients with greater independence, Riley founded Catalyst Financial in 2022. Leveraging advanced tools, technology, and expanded investment options, he positioned the firm as a leader in client-focused financial planning. Today, he continues to grow Catalyst Financial’s reach while mentoring future advisors, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and client-first service.
Outside of business, Riley is a devoted husband to his wife, Taylor, and proud father to four boys—Noah, Tristan, Forrest, and Cooper. He enjoys offshore fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and is actively involved in his Missouri City community.
